Ku began to show signs of an illness back in July. She soon stopped doing shows and training sessions. Her appetite is getting back, apparently she caught a summer cold. She is currently held in the Medical pool for better treatment, along with her is her favourite dolphin. She recovers slowly and even began to play with her toys again.(August 26th, 2008)
